LBS & Co., operating as Letourneau Business Solutions, is an independent payroll, HR, and risk advisory firm serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout Southern California.

We help companies manage payroll, HR, compliance, benefits, and insurance in one coordinated approach — with a real person accountable for the outcome.

Why we exist

After working inside a large national payroll provider, our founder repeatedly saw business owners frustrated by slow responses, inconsistent support, and being treated like just another account number. When problems arose, ownership was unclear and the burden fell back on the client.

Letourneau Business Solutions was created to give small and mid-sized companies the level of service, reliability, and accountability they should expect — clear communication, fast answers, and real follow-through.
